Random Animal started life as a series of conversations around this question:
How can we make companies more successful and people happier in their work?
We've helped some of the world's biggest brands rethink and redesign themselves enabling rapid change through technical learning programs, service design, people & leadership training.
Our team is part of a network of collaborators, partners and technical subject matter experts that are part of our community and form part of our solutions. We have a long track record of building high-impact teams, learning and organisation design solutions.
